It was a year ago today.

Charles Harbin’s parents, daughters, sister, family, friends and colleagues miss him and think of him daily. Our thanks goes out to our many friends and family for your support of this scholarship created as a tribute to Charles’ memory.

Take a moment to think of Charles today… sing with him, laugh with him, have a beer with him.
