The Charles J. Harbin, III Memorial Foundation was established in November 2011 to commemorate the life of Charles J. Harbin, III by providing financial assistance to help students with limited financial resources achieve high academic goals. Charles found his calling in education and this foundation serves as a keynote remembrance of him and his dedication to his students.
